Fehcas: From November 8 to April 4, 2013, plus 3 Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Hours: Thursday, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Place: Classrooms of formation of the Institute of Studies of Sexuality and Couple in Barcelona
Program
This is a course for people interested in communication and learning of creative resources in areas such as psychology, education, medicine and the fields of health, law, consulting, coaching, sales, neuro marketing, etc.
The first objective of NLP is to help people (individuals, groups) to get out of problem situations, that is, to transform the feeling of blockage or impossibility of doing something in new options that allow finding solutions.
The second objective teaches to observe effective behavioral strategies and adapt them to be able to use them, as well as to transfer successful strategies to other contexts, thus increasing our personal and professional capacities.
This Practitioner (or initial training) intends to introduce and train participants in the NLP model to:
Module 1: Introduction to NLP
Origin and development of NLP
Presuppositions and principles of NLP
The process of building models
Strategies for formulating objectives
Module 2: Cognitive representations from NLP
The language and construction of the personal world model: representational systems and work with submodalities
Development of skills for the observation and detection of neurolinguistic patterns: calibration, synchronization
Module 3: Communication and language
Rapport and processes that generate relationships of empathy
Linguistic models to obtain information and accompany processes of change: The Metamodel of the language (specific language model) and the Milton Model (non-specific language model)
The use of metaphors and reframings
Module 4: The personal map
The logical levels (operational hierarchy of the world model)
Work with personal beliefs and criteria
How to use the experience of time and the temporal framing
Anchors and generation of resource states
Personal congruence and alignment of logical levels
Module 5: Strategies for specific situations
Creativity and problem management
Negotiation and persuasion strategies applied to different contexts
Resolution of intra and interpersonal conflicts
